DELIVERY POLICY
All sample order will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post.
Wedding Stationery Orders are sent out by Parcelforce Courier service. They will be sent on a 24 hour or 48 hour service.
Overseas orders will be sent via DHL or DPD depending upon location.
All orders will be well packaged in double walled boxes.
Orders will be sent upon completion unless by prior agreement.
Sample will be sent out within 1 week of the order being placed. If samples are out of stock, they will be sent within 3 weeks.
Due to the bespoke nature of our customised wedding stationery, orders will be completed and delivered within 8 weeks of the order being placed unless by prior agreement.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
The customer shall be entitled to a 7 day cooling off period once an order has been placed. After the cooling off period, the cancellation charges are as follows:
50% of order value if stock has been ordered (or wording has been agreed) OR
100% if work has commenced on the order
Due to the bespoke nature of the product, upon completion of an order, a full refund will only be given on goods that are proved to be faulty. Goods that are used will not be eligible for a full refund.
Faulty or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
As all of our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are faulty.
Faulty items will be refunded provided they are reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
